UNZIP THE COVER ON THE BACK PACK 2. REMOVE THE BATTERY FROM THE HOLDER 3. REMOVE FOUR SCREWS (ONE IN EACH CORNER) 4. REMOVE BATTERY CASE FROM THE BACK PACK 5. UNPLUG THE ELECTRIC PLUG THAT GOES FROM THE BATTERY PACK AND OUT ...THE LOWER RIGHT AIR HOLE OF THE HUT 6. TEMPORARILY, PUT THE BATTERY CASE INSIDE THE BACK PACK ![]() 7. LOOKING AT THE UPPER TORSO FROM THE BOTTOM, GENTLY PULL OUT THE TWO ...WIRES THAT YOU JUST UNPLUGGED FROM THE AIR HOLE 8. REMOVE THE THREE PHILLIPS SCREWS THAT SECURE THE HUT TO THE BACK ...PACK. 9. UPON ASSEMBLY, PUT THE TWO TOP SCREWS IN FIRST, THEN THE BOTTOM ONE. ...LEAVE THE NECK RING, HUT / BACK PACK, NUTS, AND BOLTS LOOSE, UNTIL YOU ...GET THE SUIT PARTS ALL LINED UP. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
10. REMOVE MACHINE SCREWS AND NUTS FROM ANODIZED NECK RING. SLIDE HUT ....OUT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE UPPER TORSO OF THE SUIT, BEING CAREFUL TO ....DETACH THE VELCRO AND WORKING YOUR WAY AROUND THE BOTTOM EDGE. 11. REMOVE THE VELCROD UNIT FROM THE TOP OF THE BACK PACK ![]() 12. REMOVE VELCROD COVER FROM BOTTOM OF BACK PACK 13. REMOVE SCREWS THAT SECURE THE COVER TO THE BOTTOM OF THE BACK ....PACK. DO NOT REMOVE THE FOUR MOTOR SCREWS THAT HOLD THE MOTOR IN ....PLACE. 14. SLIDE THE BACK PACK OUT FROM THE BOTTOM ![]() 15. REMOVE ALL FLAGS, PATCHES, AND INSIGNIAS (VELCROD ON). 16. REMOVE STOPWATCH FROM FLAP ON CHEST PACK. ![]() 17. UNSCREW SUIT PRESSURE GAUGE AND PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE FROM CHEST .....PACK. UNSCREW POSITION SWITCH . UNSCREW THE PHILLIPS MACHINE SCREWS FROM THE SWITCH GUARDS (THERE ARE BLIND NUTS ON THE BOTTOM EPOXYED IN) THE SWITCH GUARDS AND PLATES WILL LIFT OFF THE TOP. THE SWITCHES WILL LIFT OFF WITH THE PLATE, EXCEPT THE FAN SWITCH WHICH IS USED TO TURN THE FAN ON AND OFF. REMOVE THE TWO SCREWS FROM THE INDICATOR PLATE. ![]() 18. PULL DOWN VELCROD FLAP FROM THE BOTTOM, AND GENTLY SLIDE THE CHEST ....PACK OUT. UNPLUG THE FAN HARNESS.
